Accord Party Enugu State Chapter Set to Launch Party Leadership Seminar at Ward Levels Across The State |Pure News Reporters

Accord Party Enugu State chapter, has concluded plans to commence her maiden party leaders training at ward levels in the 17 local governments of the state.

This was disclosed in a press briefing organised by the state executive working committee Wednesday evening.

Speaking at the press briefing, the state chairman of the party, Hon. Edwin Alor, stated that the seminar is aimed at building strong and formidable party structure in the entire 17 local governments of the state.

“We believe that establishing strong foundation at the grassroots level is pivotal to the general success of our great party so we will do everything possible to encourage members and leaders at the ward level through this type of initiative to strategically and professionally manage the affairs of our party at the grass root level. We aim that at the end of this training, it will be very easy for the party to be institutionalized in all the nooks and crannies of the state and the country at large.”

Hon. Alor further disclosed that the seminar will also be used to educate members on the strategic plan and manifesto of the party to enable them have a better knowledge of the party’s style and vision.

“We understand that some of our members are not abreast with the party’s working instruments, like our strategic plans and manifestos, so this seminar will serve as a veritable platform to expose them to the rudiments involved in party leadership and management.”

Also speaking, the state publicity secretary, comrade Ray Ugwu, boasted that the programme will better position the party to take over the leadership power of the state come 2023

“As we prepare to take over the leadership power of Enugu state come 2023, it is pertinent that we build from the scratch through creating viable leaders at the grassroots.

Comrade Ugwu further invited Enugu residents to join the great party to Enthrone infrastructural and human capital development in the state come 2023.
